I suffer from allergic rhinitis, so i was recommended combinase ft nasal spray by the doctor. My query is whether this can be used for a long time ? What is the safest period i can continue for and take a break? My symptoms are such that i cannot sleep at night if I don't use spray as my nose gets blocked as soon as I lie down or if my forehead gets cold.

You can use steroid nasal spray for 3 months too.
Next Steps
Since it's a spray it will not get it to blood causing side effects of steroids. Moreover for severe allergic rhinitis steroids spray will be more effective
