Sir,my name is basudev kumar (Male28 yrs).my problem is " stenonsis in bladder neck" I had taken medicine for 6 month ('uromax 4) But there is no recovery then after done urodynamic test, doctor said that i need a surgery and i can not have any child after surgery. My question is- is this mean that the seaman will not come out through my penis.? And will it effect my sex with my partner? Kindly guide me about that for that i will be greatfull to you sir. Thank u!
