Is stemetil md safe in pregnancy? Doctor has prescribed me for dizziness but google says it has harmful effects on baby

Stemetil is unsafe in early pregnancy (first three months) . Later on it may be taken occasionally. But you have to decide how often you have to take. You should take it for the minimum time
