I have a nodular cyst on my labia minora. I am prone to cystic acne in general (various body locations, mainly face), and I am 90% sure I have herpes type 2. The nodule produces a thick, curdy discharge (like an abscess would) and milia form in abundance nearby. Abnormal shape (square-ish), but doesn't resemble syphylis or herpes lesion. Could this be a result of the cystic acne or herpes, or could it be something else? It doesn't seem infected (vulvar cancer), but what are the possibilities?
