I can fairly well understand the angst and distress that you must be going through. The negative emotions and thoughts around you are pushing you to ideas of self harm. Please do understand that such thoughts and ideas may occur to any individual at times of significant stress and strain. However it is important not to let these thoughts dominate your thoughts and life. Please gather all your courage and strength to come out on top of these thoughts. To tide over the crisis that is occurring around you, I would strongly recommend you to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist near you.
A comprehensive assessment and management will help you understand yourselves and your mental health a lot better.
In the meanwhile please try to be around people who care about you like family and I, please engage in some pursuit of your choice, engage in some light physical exercise like walking or jogging etc, maintain regular sleep and wake timings, eat healthy, and do not engage in substance use like alcohol or nicotine etc.
Please be assured that with efforts and guidance you can come out of this negative emotional state...
