Started Oc pill on a non-period day

I started taking OC pills (dianne 35) again from 30th december 2018, after a long gap of four months, which was not the first day of my periods but a random non period day. Hence i want to enquire about the duration after which it will be safe to have unprotected sex?

It is better to use condoms this cycle as ocp works only if started from day 1tothird day
