I had stapler hemorrhoidopexy surgery alongside lateral internal spintrotomy almost 2 months ago. However the last couple of days my stool caliber has been reduced in comparison to what was there in the pre operative period. I also feel something stuck inside which is causing straining while defacation. Kindly advise what that might be. ( Please note all my reports were normal and this is my 1st surgery. As per biopsy it was mentioned " Tissue sample 2.5x2x1.5 cm all embedded. The section shows anal mucosa with haemorrhage in mucosa and sub mucosa with large veins.")
