I have stains on the lower two teeth. I brush twice daily paying extra attention towards them and I don't drink anything except water and milk. What could be the reason and are there any cures?

Have the stains been there for as long as you can remember or have they developed recently? There is a chance that this is intrinsic discoloration, in which case just cleaning may not suffice and you'll have to get a small cosmetic filling done (composite)
