Stabbing pain in heart

2021-06-06 08:26:04
I have stabbing pain and uneasiness in my heart for last 10-15 days. I got my ECG done which is normal. Do I need to go for  ECHOCARDIOGRAM test for further diagnosis? Or an ECG is enough to detect heart risk? It is not gastric pain because I have already taken medicines for that which didn't help me at all. Neither its anxiety. Because I have no anxiety at all. I am absolutely happy with my life.

You should proceed for echocardiography and consult a cardiologist. ECG may not suffice to diagnose condition. Also pain can be musculoskeletal. Need to assess physically
