I am having severe healthanxiety issues from being cardiophobia now I switched to brain anxiety I am having stabbing pressure tingling burning sensation only in one part of head that is towards immediate right side of saggital sinus i am so worried if it's brain tumor can anxiety stress cause pain in this region
