SSRI + betablocker interaction ???

I am suffering from ocd since long. But since it became worse with time I was prescribed PANAZEP n SIZODON... I started taking from Tuesday.. Proboem is that since 2 years I have been taking METAPROL XL 25 mg.. Now I happened to read that betablocker has adverse effect with pAnazep n can't be taken together Now I stopped Metaprol since 2 days n my heart beat is uneven.. it's on faster side continuously.. I am to consult doc next Monday. No idea what to do??
