Your description is highly professional..... are you a doctor yourself????? is the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma that you have mentioned based on a biopsy report???? if not then please visit a dentist for the same..... the right treatment can be instituted only after right diagnosis..... Surgery is the initial treatment of choice.
