I've feel from my scooter and my foot got jammed in between ground and scooter in a 180°(appx) after that the swelling was on a certain area on foot only I wore my shoes and attended a lecture of 3 hours then came back home and saw the swelling was distributed among the foot region only. There is no colouration of skin or no cuts the main pain area is the foot only there is no pain beside that area

R: Rest the foot I: Ice application. Will help reduce swelling and reduce pain. C: Compression. Use crepe bandage on the injured foot E: Elevation. Keep the foot elevated on a pillow to allow drainage of the swelling. It will help reduce swelling. Swelling can occur due to damage to soft tissue, ligaments, or a fracture. However as you were able to weight bear on your foot and carry out activities, it is less likely that it would be a fracture. But a thorough examination is required to rule out the same.
Next Steps
Proper examination and Xray will be required to differentiate between sprained ligaments or a fracture.

Does the pain get worse on weightbearing? Do you have pain and bruising in the sole or top of midfoot? Please see an orthopaedic surgeon as with the mechanism described, this could be a midfoot injury that will need at least an X-ray if not a CT depending on clinical exam.
