Spotting since few days but no periods

I am having spotting since few days and have taken duphuston 10mg once daily but after stopping no periods and spotting started and endometrial lining is 8.7 mm plus with trans vaginal scan everything looks normal. When will I get my periods or is there anything to worry about? Thanks

get a pelvic examination..any cervical erosion xan also cause spotteing
