Spotting on 12th day of menstrual cycle

I generally have a period cycle of 25 to 28 days.. Last month I delayed my periods by taking meprate 10mg (prescribed by gynecologist). 3 days after I stopped these tablets, I got my regular period on 4th July,it was a normal period with regular flow. But on day 12,13,14 of my cycle ,I had spotting.. Is it normal? Is it due to the side effect of delayed periods..? Now this month,will I get my periods on time ? Is there any matter of concern..?
