Spotting in leutal phase

Hi doctor I am getting spotting in leutal phases stating CD16. I am prescribed duphaston that helped spotting in last few months but this time I am still spotting despite taking this tablets, although it is not too high. My ultrasound is clear. Please see the attached report. I am planning for pregnancy but why this is happening to me. Will it get better on its own.
