1 week before I have tested positive. Next month I got an appointment for sonography. But I have More than spotting and less than period. Any specific reason? What can I do for this condition

If you are checked positive for pregnancy then any spotting of bleeding is definitely not normal . You should get Usg done quickly to see the Fetal well bring and location of pregnancy. Consult online for detail discussion
