I had light spotting on 39weeks+1days..had light lower abdomen pain..consulted doctor..they said cervix not dilated even to 1 cm n i was sent home.. can i get dilation naturally?? Is normal delivery possible as everything is normal for me?

Yes you can dilate naturally. You can wait for dilatation to occur naturally till 41 weeks Normal delivery is possible
