I have irregular periods and am on corectia since 45 days. I am planning for pregnancy. My period is due on 10th of this month. But I got light spotting today. Can it be my periods or pregnancy spotting?

If you had missed your period, do a pregnancy test with early morning sample. If not wait for proper flow as it could be related to hormonal imbalance. You can see fertility specialist to start ovulation induction treatment for pregnancy as you have irregular periods.
