Spotting after taking Deivry

Took deivry 10mg to induce periods after missed period. Have taken home pregnancy test twice and came negative before taking deivry and hence upon consultation took deivry for 5 days. It's 6 days she has stopped medicine and  experienced light blood spotting on 5th day after medicine stopped. Is it a sign of upcoming periods? Should she take the pregnancy test again? Till when should one wait after taking deivry?
