Spotting after pregnancy confirmation

Hi. My pregnancy was confirmed at 4th week and I was given progesterone and folic acid supplements. When I complained of mild cramps, I was advised hcg ingection. After taking tablets for 2 days and the first weekly dose of hcg injection, I have noticed light spotting for about 4 times in last two days. Is it something to worry about or is it normal? Please help me
