Hello Doctor, From quite some times some pigments or spots like small dots have started to appear on my foot and ankle. At first I thought it might be because of some insect or something but it doesn't hurt or itch. It is slowly spreading instead. Please suggest what this could be and what should I do to get it treated. Thanks
