Spots on tonsil and fever

Whitish spots on tonsil and fever from yesterday. Pain on swallowing. Same thing happened 2 months back too. Why again and again happening. What is it? Do i need to take medicine or will they heal itself. Plz help. Attaching the picture...is it viral or bacterial? I am fed up of this. Plz tell remedy

You have acute pharyngitis. If you have fever more than 100degrees F, along with Throat pain then you may start antibiotic, Tab Ceftum 500 mg twice a day for 5 days. Along with it do Dispirin gargles( 1 tab Dispirin in 1/2 glass lukewarm water) 3 times a day for 7 days. Take Tab Dolo 650 for fever Sos and Tab Lyser D twice a day for 5 days. Tab Pantocid DSR once a day in empty stomach for 7 days. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink water frequently.
