My daughter has developed these light spots on her skin. Her skin also seems very dry. We've been using coconut oil twice a day, but it's not getting better. The spots are on her arms and slowly developing on her legs also

Hi . greetings. This could possibly be pityriasis Alba or follicular eczema. Dry skin needs to be attended to by regular use of moisturizer creams like emoderm or dermadew or cetaphil.
