Since few years I have developed these spots on face , eyebrows .. want to know what are these , they are very slightly raised from the skin

The picture seems to be blur to come to a conclusion, But differential diagnosis comes to either Moles or Freckles as it looks brownish. For coming to a appropriate diagnosis you can consult online or visit the clinic so we can help you out better. For now you can use a gel / Aqua based Sunscreen to prevent further damage to the skin.
