Hi There are dotlike spots on my right arm and left arm also. Right arm has more of this . There is no itching and no pain , nothing . It's been like this since 3-4 years . Photo attached. Its more dense than what it looks like in the attached photo . Please guide.

This is classical Keratosis Pilaris. These bumps are basically abnormal keratins of the skin. Do not manually rub them, use sulfer based soaps, you have to use exfoliating moisturizers. You will have to consult for prescription medications. It can definitely be brought to control
