Since last 15-20 days i have been observing black patches on my face (area in between check and ear). Tried soothing with aloevera gel but no use. Smooth surface with no itching or feel. Some guidance would be helpful.

This is Melasma . Have you applied any fairness creams in past. Because few fairness creams itself can cause pigmentation. So avoid any topical or oral medicines without good dermatologist . Photo shows that you have pigmentation on lateral part of cheek .. it’s Melasma. . It will fade with good sunscreen and a good lightening creams
