There is spot inside my eye and also a pimple kind thing is the on my eye lash and my eyes start to water when i open that particular eye
please share a close-up pic of your eyes with detailed history about discharge watering redness pain itching swelling and blurring of vision. it could be stye if it ruptures please squeez out the pus. do hot foamentation and put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. .

Tab lyzer-d 2 times a day for 3 days after food.

Hot fomentation means hot water soaked cloth keep on closed eye for few seconds and repeat as much as you can.
