Spot bleeding on 8th month pregnancy

Hi Doctor, My sister is having spot bleeding on 8th month pregnancy. This is the third time shes getting this on her pregnancy. She is abroad and admitted in a hospital. Her reports have come clean. What could be the reasons for this? Thanks Shyam
