Spondylotic changes at schmorl nodes

2018-07-20 23:58:57
MRI findings: Spondylotic changes at schmorl nodes at multiple levels from D10 to L4. Inter vertibral Disk shows normal signal intensity and contour. No evidence of cord, cornus or nerve root compression. I have the frequency back pain, which is recursive while doing some physical work, bike ride etc. I am doing physiotherapy last 4 days. Treatment like electro therapy, stretch my full body using machine etc. My physio told it's aligning your spine back. After doing this physiotherapy , Iam feeling more pain than before. Whether this pain is normal or not?

Avoid stretching by machine. Continue electrotherapy. Maintain your posture while walking, sitting and standing. Do cat n camel exercise. Search for isometric back exercise. Avoid stooping forward to lift any weight. Apply hot water bag at painful region twice daily for 10 mins.
