The gap between C3-C4 is 9 in MRI , is it requires operation ? Having neck pain , and drowsiness and sometimes dizziness.

Yah 9mm is a little low for that area. If you hve neck pain, pain and numbness of extremities, then you have to consult a neurosurgeon. After reviewing your MRI , they will tell whether you u require a surgery or not.
