What are the common causes of mild splenomegaly ? I am suffering from evening rise of temperature from more than a month. My CBC, CXR , ESR reports are normal whereas Typhidot, MP are negative with TLC count as 4500. But my mantoux test is positive and USG whole abdomen shows mild splenomegaly. What are the common causes for mild splenomegaly ?
