You should check baby's weight, if baby is gaining good weight then no medicines requires.... Reflux is commonly seen in overeating infants, so burp for 15mins after feeding.... You can give digestive drops if needed...
Next Steps
monitor weight gain...
Health Tips
consult online if requires...

Hi, Spitting can be due to over feeding too. What was her birth weight and current weight?

Burp the baby after every feed for 15-20 min or keep them erect

Hi! Babies having reflux it’s entirely normal. If baby is gaining adequate weight and reflux is only small amounts nothing to worry . You can stop all the medicines. If reflux is more and not gaining adequate weight you can use domstal.
