I feel spinning sensation for 2-3 seconds while i lay down on bed or wake up. Its going on from around a month, could that be vertigo BPPV ? Is this very common issue ? Is this any initial signs of a major issue ? Should i consult any subject matter specialist ? Can tou recommend doctor in pune near by pimple saudagar area.

BPPV is the  most common cause of your symptoms could be because of bppv I recommend you seeing an ENT specialist and get  examined and evaluated
