Spinning of head

Spinning of head while laying on bed and getting up from sleep. Since yesterday afternoon it is there. She is taking  vertin. But  no sign of relief. Iwant to know is there any immediate relief for this?

She seems to be having a condition known as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which is common type of vertigo disorder. She needs to visit nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
