I got spine tb.i was surprised that I did not have symptoms like fever, weight loss and all.. what is the main reason of spine tb.

Simple if you want to travel from x station to y station u will take bus. So any infection in body or bacteria want to travel beat transport is blood stream . As we as human have huge network of vein transport system to different organ. You got tb bacteria into bone (spine ) through blood . These bacteria are present in body in dormant state. As immunity goes down these  bacteria get active and attact the different parts in body from head to toe any where . In your case its spine. If there is no deformity. And only pain it will subside as anti Tb medicine is started and if take Properly YOU CAN WIN THE FIGHT OVER TB. 👍
