Hi sir,my mother had MRI of of Lumbar Spine and Reports are 1. moderate diffuse disc bulge with mild ligamentum flavum thickening and facetal arthropathy noted at the level of L3-L4 and L4-L5 intervertebral disc causing moderate compression over ventral aspect of thecal sac, bilateral lateral recesses and bilateral traversing nerve roots causing biforminal narrowing and central canal lateral recess stenosis. clumping of nerve roots noted at these levels. MR Myelography shows complete block at these levels. 2. Asymmetrical moderate diffuse disc bulge with ligamentum flavum thickening and facetal arthropathy noted at the level of L5-S1 intervertebral disc causing mild compression over ventral aspect of thecal sac bilateral lateral recesses and bilateral exiting nerve roots and biforminal narrowing. 3. mild biforminal bulge with ligamentum flavum thickening noted at the level of L2-L3 intervertebral disc is seen causing indentation over ventral aspect of thecal sac and bilateral exiting
