Age 46 Diagnosed osteoporosis pain in whole spine. Taking ayurvedic treatment since last 4 months. I was feeling beter but fue days back suddenly pain increased in my whole spine. Mri  done 9 months ago consulted with neurologist he advised no treatments What I can do til Corona situation is normal
