Mine right leg thies paining alot. I cant walk more then 10 mins. If then i sit for more then an hour then i cant stand frequently. Please do recommend proper measure to overcome this. It is going on last 2month and now it has increased.

hey, you have given unclear history, it could be pvd ,deep vein thrombosis , nerve root compression due to disc herniation consult orthopedic specialist
