My spinal cord having pain and in my xray report there is a loss of lumber lordosis are mention in the report

Loss of lumbar lordosis means that the normal curvature of back is lost, which just means that the back is stiff. This happens in almost all back pain because the muscles are in spasm. By itself, it doesn't convey anything conclusive
Next Steps
x ray will show only bone, please get an MRI done, that will allow disc, muscles and nerves
