Hi..having this problem at such a young age, you should follow a diet & exercise regime under professional guidance. Balanced diet with micronutrient supplementation (D3, B12, omega 3) will aid in the reduction of these problems. Depending on the type of kidney stone the diet will be planned. Also since weight training causes pain, try resistance band workout for muscle strengthening (under guidance).
Next Steps
1. Consult a dietician / take online video consult to design you a lifestyle chart considering all your medical conditions. 2. Meet a Physiotherapist as he/she would guide you with the exercise you are allowed to do.
Health Tips
1. Add mod - high protein, veggies & healthy fats foods in the diet. Have an egg / day. 2. Because of kidney stones - hydration is a must, atleast 3 litres /day. Flavour the water with lemon. 3. Cut down on sugar based, bakery and fried/ salty foods to recipe pressure on the kidneys. 4. Restrict to 1-2 cups of tea in the day. 5. Avoid green leafy veggies, chocolates, soya products, processed meats, etc.
