My dad having spinal tb what should do for this doctor. he is having pain in lower back and leg.where to consult this any medicine for this.

Need to consult a neurosurgeon soon and to start Anti Tb medicines if there is confirmatory evidence of TB...also need to whether there is any surgical indications
