Is 14mms at l4-l5 and 13 mms at l5-s1 a normal or not Report. Diffuse disc bulge at l4-5 level without significant compression over the nerve roots on either side. Diffuse disc bulge at l5-s1 IV disc level with minimal narrowing of neural foramina resulting in impingement over the existing nerve roots bilaterally at same level
