You need to get an x-ray with the whole length of the spine to see it better. This is most likely "Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis" which did not progress much, which is good. The pain that you are getting is muscular and the increased curve of your back.
An MRI scan will eliminate any doubts about any problem with the Spinal cord.
Correct painkillers, physiotherapy, maintaining good posture, core strengthening exercises and yoga will help you. This will not progress to cause you any new problems. Surgery is NOT recommended at this time.
