Spinal Cord compression/dizziness weakne

My mother who is around 80 years old fell down on 30th June,17. She is being treated for severe pain Spinal cord compression. She is on bed rest since last 2o day. The spinal cord pain has subsided but she is having dizziness inspite of relevant treatment and is having other problems viz: weakness, backpain etc and is feeling uneasiness.
