I had a renal stone surgery on 3rd April 2018 for which I was given spinal anaesthesia. I developed back pain after that exactly where the needle was induced.pain never subsided, dizziness, fever accompanied along increased pain. Pain increases with walking sitting for long hours , bending and exersion. Consulted neurologist for the same.after the physical examination I found redness soreness and bruise over the area as the pain increased ..the soreness subsided after two days. Ct scan and MRI dint show any complications.the reports appeared normal.bending stretching exercises and physiotherapy did not help.most often I have to take pain killers . doctors term it as fibromyalgia where as I developed the pain only after the surgery.sometimes it feels like needle priking pain and  small mass or lump formed exactly where I was injected .now I feel the pain passing over to legs .how will I know if it's spinal block complication and how to I eradicate the pain?
