Hi I am 27 year old and I just had X-ray and this is my report is 1.NO r.o.s suggestive of calculi seen at the k.u.b region 2.Both Psoas shadow appears as normal 3.there is spina bifida at I 5 and S 1 1. Is there any ayurvedic treatment 2.Which doctors will be best like for urine we say urologist so what doctor will be best 3.After knowing this what should I not do someone said that I should not shit more than 1 hour and does not do gym other I will get weekness at leg. 4.how can I k
