At night I was waking suddenly contact with spider web in my face some of it went in eyes does it cause any problem do I need to rush to hospital now

No , nothing to be done if there is no redness or excessive watering of the eyes. All you can do is buy a lubricant like refresh tears and use it 3 hourly for few days.
