Hello Sir, Kindly get the sonography (Transrectal Ultrasound) done to rule out whether if it is, seminal vesicle calculi, inguinal Hernia OR spermatic cord hydrocele. And share the reports. Treatment part would be advised accordingly. You can personally meet me at my clinic at Karve Nagar, Pune.
