Sperm Motility issue

I have some sperm motility issue. I have done semen analysis 3 to 4 times and every time the Rapid Linear Progression comes below normal value which is around 20% or some times even less than 20%. Rest of the parameters are all OK. We have suffered from 4 miscarriages and my partner reports are all normal. Kindly advise what could be the solution to this. I am from Pakistan and unable to have online consultation access too. Please see if you can respond me on my email ID. Thanks.
